Dosage and instruction for use: For adults 15-20 drops 3 times a day, in water or as directed by a physician.

Also can be applied externally: In dry skin Conditions: mix about 20 drops in oil based cream or Vaseline and apply on affected areas.
In profuse skin conditions: mix about 20 drops in cream base only or directly with a cotton dab on affected areas.
